Hello! We’re so glad you’re joining the team and are excited to get going on things with you in development night! This page has a few resources for you to look over in preparation for development night.

Planning Center

If you already serve on a dream team at Victory Family Church, you may already have a planning center account. If so, then we will utilize this same planning center account to schedule you for development night and all future services!

If you don’t have a Planning Center account, that’s okay! We will make one for you and you should receive an email from Planning Center asking you to reset your password so you can access your account.

We use Planning Center for everything related to a setlist so it’s pretty important! You can access Planning Center here.

Once you are logged into your account, you should see an invite to accept for an upcoming Development Night plan. In that plan is all the info you need for development night including times, resources, the flow of the night, etc. You can see all the music resources you need (reference tracks, detail sheets, chord charts, band and vocal split tracks, etc) in the attachments under each song.

Band & Vocal Notes

In the Planning Center plan, you’ll see band and vocal notes attached at the bottom of the plan. I would recommend watching the video on this page concerning band & vocal notes and what they’re for!

For each development night, please look over the notes so you’re familiar with any notes for the songs we’re playing.

Klang System

Klang is our in-ear system for adjusting your in-ear mix. If you have time, we recommend watching all the videos on this page to learn more about Klang and how to operate it. You will be given an iPad with Klang on it to use at development night!

All the times you need for development night are in Planning Center (under times) and in the band notes! The call time is the time we ask you to arrive at the building. This always precedes our soundcheck and rehearsal to give oyu time to get your in-ears on and set up for the night. If you’re attending our Cranberry Campus, you can come in Entrance A (North corner, closes to Rt 19) and head on into the adult auditorium!
